DESCRIPTION:The Founding Fathers Republican Women will hold their regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church\, 115 N. East Street in Culpeper. Featured speaker will be Dr. Scott Kennedy\, a local citizen who is the Medical Director for Wellspring\, a new practice on Sunset Lane.  Dr. Kennedy will speak about his vast experience over the past 30 years including his work with NATO in Turkey and the U.S. State Department assigned to embassies in Africa and the Middle East.
