DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate Narmada Winery’s 9th anniversary and Chambourcin Nouveau Release Festival! \nIn the tradition of Beaujolais Nouveau\, which is released on the third Thursday of November in Beaujolais\, France and is approximately 1/3 of the entire crop in the region; Narmada will be releasing this year’s Chambourcin Nouveau. This “primeur” is a young wine made from our 2018 Chambourcin harvest\, instead of the traditional Gamay grapes.\nWe are excited to bring you this light\, fruity\, zesty\, exuberant wine with low sulfites. This wine owes its easy drinkability to as winemaking process called carbonic maceration\, or whole berry fermentation\, this technique preserved the fresh\, fruity quality of the wine without extracting bitter tannins from the grape skins.\nThis wine will be tasted and purchased our anniversary weekend and will be hand bottled on site. We recommend this wine to be consumed within 3 months and served at room temperature.\nWe will be having complimentary wine tastings all day as well as an ongoing raffle with winners every hour and live music. We will be open 11-5pm.
