DESCRIPTION:Culpeper ’92 Lions Club\, assisted by the Leos of CCHS and EVHS\, will host its 11th annual Santa Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. in the Culpeper Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall.  Enjoy a $4 breakfast\, $1 – $5 Santa Shop\, face painting\, music by Harpine Studio students\, vision screenings\, and visits with Mr. and Mrs. Claus.  Proceeds go to Manna Ministry.
