DESCRIPTION:Sasha’s Angels: Paintings by Alexander Anufriev\nRuns from Friday\, December 2 – Friday\, December 30\, 2016\nArtist Reception: Sunday\, December 11 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM \nBorn in Moscow in 1940\, Alexander Anufriev endured many years as an underground “unofficial” artist in the Soviet Union due to the spiritual nature of his paintings and his view of life and was the leading member of the Odessa Group. Since coming to the United States in 1980\, his motivation as an artist has not changed. More than 20 paintings will be on display. \nExhibit Admission is free. Our Exhibits are open Tuesday-Saturday (Closed Mondays & Christmas Day) from Noon to 3:00 PM as well as during concerts and by appointment.
