SUMMARY:Volunteer Open House at National Sporting Library and Museum
DESCRIPTION:We need your help! \nIn order to reach more people and expand our programs\, NSLM is looking for volunteers to serve as ambassadors in the community and enhance the experience of our visitors. \nWe will host a Volunteer Open House on Monday\, April 18. Join us at 10 am\, 1 pm\, or 6 pm in the Library to learn more about our history\, as well as how you can join our growing team and make a difference! There will be refreshments and staff on hand to answer questions about available positions and how each job contributes to our mission. \nSee the list of volunteer opportunities below\, which range from assisting with Library tasks such as shelving\, to special event needs including parking and greeting guests\, to staffing the front desk and interacting with visitors. Some volunteers assist us weekly\, while others come on an as needed basis for educational programs and special events. We are sure we have something to fit everyone’s schedule.
