Come to Historic Old Town Manassas on Saturday, October 4, 2008 to celebrate the 26th Annual Fall Jubilee, 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The Jubilee will include a variety of live entertainment for both kids and adults. Artisans will display handmade jewelry, woodcrafts, photography, re-usable gift wrap, and other unique art and crafts. There will be a Kid’s Neighborhood event located in the BB&T parking lot, which will feature a slew of live entertainment, including some very talented local youth. What am I anticipating the most? THE CHAINSAW CHIX! These ladies will make works of art using chainsaws! The works will be auctioned off later in the the day. Food concessions, rides and games make the Fall Jubilee a fun family day, and a great way to get to know the community. The Fall Jubilee is free to the public, and is scheduled rain or shine.
This just in: The fun won’t stop at the end of the festival. Okra’s Louisiana Bistro, is celebrating their 10th Anniversary with live music and a pig roast.
