Recognition for great cooking helps chefs understand that their creative energy is understood and appreciated. There are lots of ways such attention can be focused from single restaurant reviews to a high rating on Zagat, and, of course, attention from the blogosphere.
Yet getting attention from a major food magazine may focus the highest prominence. Such is the story for gracing the cover of Food & Wine magazine’s annual Best New Chefs issue. Chef Clayton Miller of Trummer’s on Main in Clifton just earned this accolade with other rising stars from around the country. Wonderful news for the chef, the restaurant, and our bountiful region. Check out the reservation options at Open Table and get a chance to taste Miller’s creative, beautifully plated American cuisine.
