The event is this Saturday, December 12 from 10 AM at the Dairy in Rapidan. Advance reservations are necessary for the lunch and wine tasting. Here’s your chance to see Everona’s new creamery and taste and purchase two favorites in one location.

Here are some wines to help with your planning as tasting these and the artisanal cheeses will be a wonderful pleaser. Barboursville has selected wines (Viognier Reserve 2008 and the Cabernet Franc Reserve 2006 are two examples) with great fruit acidity for the sheep’s cheese and lamb pairings.
