Airlie Culinary Director Jeff Witte has paired the bounty of the summer garden with the refreshing wine of Marterella Wineryas part of their continuing Winemaker Dinner Series. The collaboration will take place on Friday, August 22 at 6 p.m.
The evening will start off in the picturesque Local Food Project organic garden on the grounds of Airlie and continue at the Airlie Pavilion.
Winemaker Kate Marterella and Witte have planned an outstanding five-course meal combining several of Marterella’s favorite selections with Witte’s local farm selected courses.
