Taking full advantage of this weather, I spent the better part of yesterday in the beautiful town of Middleburg. I visited the Middleburg Country Inn, enjoyed a great lunch at Market Salamander and did some shopping for my Sweet Valentines! One of the highlights of my visit was at Salamander Touch; their amazing array of treats was almost overwhelming. They have some wonderful products from all over the world, and each one has that ‘touch’. I fell in love with some adorable note cards, and fell even harder when I learned that they were made locally just down the road in Upperville at the Beehive Press. I was also treated to some wonderful tea, and introduced to some extraordinary bath products. I think I am my own best Valentine! Shop locally for your Valentine!
