Here’s your chance to compare some of the brewery’s offerings with those of the vineyard and decide which you prefer. With the Fields of Athenry chicken prepared in a coq au vin style with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, will it be the Vintage 50, Scottish 80 Shilling or the Breaux Vineyards, 2002 Meritage? The last course, an American Artisanal Cheese selection, has two distinct flavor profiles: a Vintage 50 Oatmeal Stout and a Chere Marie 2007 from Breaux Vineyards. You be the judge.
