Just because the temperatures have dropped, doesn’t mean the convivial market has to close its doors. Au contraire! You can thaw out while chatting with local growers, or sipping local wines- new for the season. You’ll also find locally-made gourmet soups prepared by Christine Illich, a seasoned instructor at L’Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, Md.
