Starting July 31st, Vint Hill Craft Winery will open to the public Friday through Sunday, 11:00am to 6:00pm. This is a rare experience, far different from any other winery in the area for many reasons. Vint Hill will have some of their own custom blends, but the point of the Vint Hill Craft Winery will be for you to create your own custom wine blend, a unique label all your own. This is a great wine experience for anyone who loves wine. There will be involvement from picking the grapes, creating blends and even designing your own labels. You will receive hands-on instruction and craft yourown personalized wine. You will truly earn the title of Vintner, by learning the choices and differences, from fruit selection and fermentation through aging and bottling; Just in case
you can’t be at the winery, no problem, you can watch the whole process on the web through live video. There’s is also a one of a kind web-based database so you can track the wine progress.
Vint Hill Craft Winery is currently taking orders for the 2009 wine making program. This will begin in September with the grape harvest. This is an amazing opportunity to craft your unique wine.
