The Tuskies Resturant Family is pleased to bring you the second in the Loudoun Winemakers Luncheon series featuring Doug Fabbioli of Fabbioli Cellars winery in Lucketts, VA will be the guest winemaker for the guided tasting and paired wine luncheon created by Executive Chef Patrick Dinh, on Saturday, April 17. This series was meant to highlight the food and wine of the region and be a tool to help you learn the wines of the region and what the winemakers have in mind when they create these wines. You are able to taste and wines as they were meant to be enjoyed, and find some creative inspiration to be able to enjoy them for meals. Tuskies Chef Patrick Dinh has come up with the menu using the flavors of the wines and the suggestions from the wine maker.
