Our inaugural Craft Cocktail Night was a smashing success! All parties agreed, we HAVE to do it again! Last week, we experienced slushies, foams, herbs, infusions and elixirs.

This week we will expand into the realm of spheres, gels, scented mists and more.

These fine cocktail consultant extraordinaires will pair some of their creations with Mussel Monday recipes and utilize sweet, savory, soothing, unique and distinctly local rich concentrates of botanical syrups, shrubs and our roof-top herbs and edible flowers in out of this world molecular mixology!
