The Founding Fathers Republican Women will hold their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 115 N. East Street, Culpeper. Guest speaker is Saira Blair who has been a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates since 2014.
