Hip Hop artist and actor David Banner will appear at Germanna Community College at 1 p.m. in Room 212 of the Dickinson Building at GCC’s Fredericksburg Area Campus in Spotsylvania. The campus is located at 10000 Germanna Point Dr. off U.S. 17 near Cosner’s Corner. The event is open to the public, free.
