Paul Hutcheson of Windmill Heights Garden Center will provide the plants for the Friends of Culpeper County Library Annual Spring Pansy and Plant Sale on Saturday, April 8, from 9 a.m. until noon in front of the library located at 271 Southgate Shopping Center.
