Culpeper Cheese Company will be offering a free tasting of Raw milk cheese from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and simultaneously offer specially curated Raw Milk Cheese plates to dine in from noon to 7 p.m. Traditional cheesemaking helped preserve fluid milk before the advent of refrigeration, and it was only in the last century that cheese began to be made with pasteurized milk.
