Celebrating Virginia’s master artists and their apprentices, this free festival features the music, food, and crafts of the Commonwealth, including: bluegrass with Danny Knicely, Billy Baker, and Herschel Sizemore; blues with Sherman Holmes; old time with Whitetop Mountain Band; real Brunswick stew by the Proclamation stew crew; oyster shucking contest with Deborah Pratt and Clementine Macon; paper sculptures by Mama-Girl; salt making by Jim Bordwine, and so much more.
