Learn how to achieve aeration perfection, how to behave in a restaurant, and all the tidbits about wine nobody will tell you. The session includes a molecular pairing experiment with a sandwich, a chocolate pairing session & the Dirt Road Wine Tour. This event happens every Saturday and Sunday at Little Washington Winery.
