The State Theatre welcomes GRAMMY® Award nominee Ryan Stevenson
Performance is at 7 p.m. Stevenson’s performance will mark the State Theatre’s second FaithFest concert, a Community Christian Concert Series featuring a range of local churches, bands and nationally recognized names. Bud’s Collective is a powerful group of pickers from the hills of West Virginia. While their music reflects roots firmly planted in Bluegrass tradition, they do not hesitate to add to it in ways all their own. Playing a tasteful mix of front man Buddy Dunlap’s original material and popular hits ranging from Stevie Wonder to Alabama and all points in between, Bud’s Collective has been making waves in the music scene since the inception of the group in 2012.

Mozart’s Opera “Cosi fan tutte” by Ash Lawn Opera
The summer season kicks off with Così fan tutte, one of Mozart’s most memorable operas. The witty and heartfelt story begins with a game of love and seduction when two young men decide to test their fiancées’ fidelity, only for both couples to discover the fickleness of attraction. For the first time, Ash Lawn Opera will take its mainstage opera on the road, with a fully-staged performance of Così fan tutte at The Paramount Theater for performances on July 10, 13, and 15. This comedic classic, full of mistaken identities, deceptive servants, jealous lovers, and sublime music, is a production you won’t want to miss.

Russian concert pianist Sergey Tukachev is a veteran of several competitions, currently a Masters student at the Central Music Academy in Moscow. Tukachev won First Prize for both solo and chamber music in the ‘21st Century Art’ competition in 2013 in Vorzel, Ukraine. In 2014 he won a special prize for performance of works by Liszt at the Third Verona International Piano Competition.

The Birthplace of Country Music is proud to present an intimate Friends of 1927 concert experience with esteemed Grammy-nominated performer, recording artist, and ASCAP Songwriter of the Year Darrell Scott.
The Friends of 1927 Concert Series is an opportunity where fans have the opportunity to interact with the artists in a relaxed setting over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, all included in the ticket price.
Tickets are made available first to Friends of 1927 for a limited time before opening them up to the public. There is a very limited number of tickets so everyone is encouraged to purchase early.
