Motorcycle Poker Run
ABATE of Virginia Culpeper Chapter is hosting a Spring Poker Run. Approx 100-mile scenic Poker Run. Sign up starts at 10:30 a.m. at Pepper’s Grill, 791 Madison Rd,Culpeper, VA. Group rides out at 11 a.m. $20 per hand, cash prizes. All enthusiasts welcome! Proceeds to benefit motorcyclists’ rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Peter Skinner: Paintings
Les Yeux du Monde is pleased to present Peter Skinner: Paintings from May 12-June 18th. Born in Seattle Washington, Skinner attended the Juilliard School of Drama, and went on to become an actor, sculptor, painter and writer. Although his paintings have been exhibited and collected worldwide, Les Yeux du Monde is thrilled to introduce them to his adopted hometown of Charlottesville, where he has resided for 22 years. There will be an opening reception with the artist on Friday May 12 from 5-7:30 p.m. Proceeds from the sale of the paintings will benefit the Focused Ultrasound Foundation in Charlottesville.
