Journey into the world of Mala’s where we will discuss the history and purpose of mala beads. We will briefly delve into the subject of Chakra’s. Mala’s are a powerful personal meditation tool and we will use the chakra mala we make during this workshop to explore a meditation practice that focuses on the chakra’s.
