Clarke County’s gearing up for its first ever HarvFest this weekend and it promises to be a blast. Get thee to Berryville on Saturday, September 19 for a celebration of local food, farming and history. The setting? The historic Clermont Farm just east of Berryville. What’s in store? 12 food & drink vendors, over 15 farming & history exhibits, 5 live music acts, hayrides and tours… All to bring awareness to our farmland, agricultural heritage, and local food producers. Proceeds are split between three Clarke County non-profits dedicated to land, cultural, and historic preservation: the Clermont Farm Trust, Clarke County African American Cultural Center, and the Clarke County Historical Association. The price? Just $5 for adults and kids 12 and under are free.
