The 4th Annual Piedmont Alternative Energy & Electric Vehicle EXPO will take place this Saturday, June 20 from 9:30 – 4:30 p.m. at the Brumfield Elementary School ( Wait until you see how the ecology cub, Radiate Change, has decorated the school!) in Warrenton, VA. There is no other alternative energy EXPO like this in the DC area and it is a labor of love brought to you by the RLEP. If you have you been thinking of building or converting to solar or geothermal, or using energy-efficient and green building materials, the expo will have many different vendors to answer your questions and demonstrate their products? Are you curious about electric vehicles, come and see them at the expo, there are some really cool ones there, and experts on hand to explain their benefits and technology. If you are concerned about dependence on fossil fuels or climate change, come and educate yourself on your options and learn what you can do to reverse many of our current problems. Please come out and join the fun with the RLEP and learn valuable information on topics that are our future here on Earth. There will be Green Building Technology, Solar Race Car Kits, Electric Vehicles, hands on demonstrations and so much more. Admission is only $5 for adults and free for students and children. See www.rlep.org for a
listing of speakers and exhibitors.
