The Warrenton Wine and Arts Festival is this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, in Old Town Warrenton on the campus of St. John the Evangelical School. This is the Spring version of the popular Oktoberfest event. Festivities start both days at noon with at least 14 wineries participating and a whole host of additional activities including performances from local and regional musicians.

Artists, photographers, jewelers, and antique dealers will have tables to show their wares. For the literary crowd, a number of local authors will be reading and signing books. Presale ticket prices are available online  for $20 and $10 for designated drivers. Entrance fees are $25 at the gate (no increase in price for designated drivers).

Proceeds benefit the Church, the School, and the Knights of Columbus.
