The perfect Christmas tree can be yours at the Middleburg Christmas Tree Farm, where you can cut your own Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce, or Douglas Fir in an idyllic setting. This is where the Russian Embassy has chosen their magnificent tree for the past six years. In fact, reps from the Russian Embassy will be visiting Middleburg Christmas Tree Farm on Friday, December 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. to choose a Norway Spruce (these are not small specimens, btw) for the Russian Orthodox Christmas on January 7, 2009. Frans Kok, owner of Middleburg Christmas Tree Farm, provides a festive farm event complete with a buffet, champagne, vodka, and holiday music for the Russian embassy representatives.
