The day includes yoga, pampering, creative cuisine, spa treatments, nature, fresh air, meditation, and even wellness seminars. Arrive at the Inn Spa at 9:00 am for an hour of Mindful Yoga, then continue on through a well planned, but relaxing day devoted to you. The workshop for this month is on healthy eating. Petra Mercier will help inspire you to make healthy choices with your meal planning, and also give you a few basic fundamentals to take the burden out of meal planning. The day concludes with an hors d’oeuvres trio in Casanova’s Lounge at the Manor House Restaurant. Welcome spring with a renewed spirit; pamper yourself.
