In the good news department, here’s a live one: Love by the Glass, Virginia Wine Week. This is the first such celebration, and it will take place March 22-28.  The good news just gets better as more than 100 businesses are already committed to help with the festivities. 

Coming off the winter we’ve had in the region, this is a true welcome to Spring. Participating restaurants, inns, wineries, and wine shops will add at least two Virginia wines to their by-the-glass menus and their store offerings.

If you’ve been wondering about the subtleties of certain wines, then this is the week to open your palate. Your taste will let you know if you are ready to buy a bottle or a case.
