Don’t miss this incredibly ambitious exhibit showcasing our region’s abundant artistic talent. More than 50 artists, musicians, writers and film-makers are represented in “Virginia’s Piedmont: Through the Artist’s Eye” which will run until November 29th at the Arts Center in Orange and four local galleries: Fred Nichols Studio and Nichols Gallery Annex, the Ed Jaffe Gallery and Studio, the Corner House Gallery, and the Galleries at Woodberry Forest School. As quoted in the Orange County Review, the president of the Art Center’s board, Ed Harvey, praises the creative arts scene in Virginia’s Piedmont:
“Those of us who live in the Piedmont are fortunate to reside in one of America’s most beautiful natural settings and we are blessed to have so many wonderful artists living among us who can capture that beauty. We are grateful to them for sharing their talent and insight with us.”
