If you’ve never experienced a musical production or magical Shakespeare play at Four County Players in Orange County, you’re missing out. Central Virginia’s oldest, continuously operating community theatre delights audiences young and old alike. This weekend, Eli Cook and his band will perform a concert of all Jimi Hendrix’s beautiful, obscure, and lesser known works. Tickets are only $15 for Friday and Saturday nights at 8 pm. When he was only a junior in high school, Eli was heralded a “blues phenomenon” by reviewers. Since those days he’s played at the Kennedy Center and opened for B.B. King at the Paramount Theatre.
