The 28th annual Fall Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival will showcase 100 of the nation’s finest artisans in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the scenic Virginia countryside. Browse the exhibits and pick up unique handmade items of pottery, textiles, leather, glass, photography and paintings. Chow down on festive fare (freah popped Blue Ridge Kettle Corn, Lion’s Club gourmet hot dogs, etc) and imbibe a glass or two of local Virginia wine. The kids will love the face-painting and sand art. Saturday and Sunday, October 11th and 12th; Admission is $5. All proceeds from the festival benefit Claudius Crozet Park, a non-profit recreational facility.
