Haven’t you always wondered about the people who can manage to pull up a flavor profile from a swirl or a sip of wine? It doesn’t have to be figs, it could be a light berry or any number of possibilities. No need to worry; you can participate more knowledgeably in wine discussions by taking an educational wine workshop.
Corcoran Vineyards will be hosting its first workshop, “Barrel Tasting without Barrels” this coming Sunday, February 21. Participants will learn about aromas and flavors from American, French, and Hungarian Oaks.
You won’t just talk about the differences, you’ll have time to taste and compare; sip and swirl.
Since we’ve been stuck inside for so many weekends, you might consider registering now as the region seems ready to escape the house and head out to the countryside. Registration is limited to 20 people; no walk-ins accepted as each of these 8 workshops will be interactive events.
Fear no more; take a workshop, or more.
