Cookology, a recreational culinary school in the Dulles Town Center Mall, has something exciting brewing in Loudoun County.  They will be hosting their very own Iron Chef competition, showcasing their very own Chef Brad Spates against well known Chef Chris Edwards from the Restaurant at Patowmack Farm.

This exciting competition will take place on Sunday, April 17 from 6pm-8:30pm. The cost per person is $125.00 and includes all food and wine.

There will be 16 diners judging these (hopefully) delicious dishes that our two local Chefs will prepare.  Diners will judge the dishes based on taste, creativity and presentation — just like the TV show!  There will be a few small dishes prepared and for the main event these Chefs must create a three course meal that will be presented to the diner’s one course at a time.  As always, there will be a prize for the winning Chef.  Be sure to get your tickets now for a front row seat to watch the chef’s battle it out!
