All for just $25 a car. Pack a picnic or snack on pizza, fresh wraps, hot dogs and other festival fare such as funnel cakes, strawberry shortcakes and sundaes. The festival is put on by Emmanuel Episcopal Church of Delaplane, VA on Memorial Day weekend May 27 & 28. Proceeds fund outreach ministries within the church and grants to worthy organizations in the local community, state and beyond.
