The Manor House Restaurant at the Inn at Poplar Springs is hosting the Patricia Green Cellars Wine Dinner. It’s not everyday that an Oregon winemaker (known for the spectacular Pinot Noir grape) treks across the country into our region. The PEC Meet the Farmer Dinner features a four-course wine dinner prepared by two stellar chefs, Jonathan Hayward and the Restaurant’s own Melissa Close. Hard to beat this combination of great foods and wine. It’s just difficult to be at both places in one evening, but they both sound terrific and wonderfully delicious!
