A week ago I had the privilege to sample two delicious summer recipes from Laurie Beth Gills, which will be featured in our upcoming summer issue, out this June. Below is a photo of a Roasted Heirloom Tomato Tart with Creamy French Feta, Boxwood Basil and Garlic Chips.
