Hosted by Experience Old Town Warrenton
Bigger cities have Restaurant Weeks to highlight their food scene, why not Warrenton? There’s plenty of excellent food in Old Town to celebrate!
Whether you are familiar with Old Town Warrenton or not, this is a great way to check out all it has to offer. From August 6-12, you will have the opportunity to try some special creations at the best restaurants in Old Town who will be offering special fixed menus in addition to their regular menus and daily specials.
Jen Robinson of Denim & Pearls Restaurant said of the event, “Really it’s about bringing people to Old Town, helping them realize there are a lot of great businesses here, a lot of great restaurants, and it’s just about letting people know that Old Town Warrenton is here. There’s great places for people to eat, and to shop.”
She also added that if the week goes well, they are thinking about doing it twice a year, with the next Restaurant Week planned to be held in the early spring. They also are considering expanding to all of Warrenton or the entire county, if there is enough interest.
“I hope that this brings awareness to the great restaurants and merchants in the area. We hope it helps everyone in Old Town thrive. We’re hoping that we have a good turnout, and some new folks. This will be a great first restaurant week and we look forward to many more after that,” concluded Robinson.
