Beat the winter blues, and melt away the chill, by partaking in one of the winter wine and beer dinners at The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, perched high on a hill overlooking the Potomac River in Loudoun County. Specializing in exceptional organic cuisine, the restaurant (pronounced PAT-O-MACK) began in 1986 when Beverly Morton Billand and Chuck Billand began growing fresh herbs and specialty vegetables on the farm, named after George Washington’s trading company and the American Indians located in the area. The land is farmed using sustainable farming methods without chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides.
