Looking for a bigger meeting space? The conference rooms in Old Town Warrenton are now available for rent on a daily or hourly basis.
The professional building at 70 Main Street provides flexible, reasonably priced conference space.
“The business community spoke and we listened,” said Val Riccardi, owner representative. “We are very pleased to be part of the Warrenton business community and are dedicated to being responsive to the needs of the businesses in our area.”
The large conference room accommodates 75 attendees for side-by-side training, 50 attendees for board room meeting format, and 24 attendees for classroom training style for $100 an hour or $500 per day.
The small conference room is suitable for 25 attendees for side-by-side training, 12 attendees for board room meeting format, and eight attendees for classroom training style for $50 an hour or $250 a day.
Rentals include tables, chairs, use of audiovisual equipment, television, use of a mini-kitchen with unlimited coffee, soda, and water, and a set-up and clean-up fee.
Catering is available for an additional fee or you may arrange for your own catering.
